A joint CBC/Globe & Mail investigation has discovered that the Canada Revenue Agency has found that investment advisers at a branch of RBC Dominion Securities Inc. helped clients set up offshore accounts that their clients used to evade taxes.  This has prompted an investigation of RBC practices across the country to determine how wide spread tax shelters for clients have become.
