A major setback has occurred during the Copenhagen climate talks after leaked documents detail the draft agreement to be unveiled next week and signed as part of the summit which give more power to rich nations and removes the UN from future climate talks.  The documents are reportedly agreed upon by "the circle of commitment," who are thought to include the US, Denmark, and the UK, and show that rich nations would be allowed to pollute twice as much as poorer nations, something that has those nations furious.
