Schilling's 38/Big Huge Games First Offering Unveiled
Four years after starting 38 Studios with R.A. Salvatore and Todd McFarlane, retired pitching great Curt Schilling and crew are finally able to release their first bit of information on their new Role Playing Game Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.
Developed by fellow gaming studio Big Huge Games which 38 decided to buy, and led by Ken Rolston, they decided to introduce their new property at this years Comic Convention. The team decided to introduce people to author R.A. Salvador's world with a role playing game to generate interest for their upcoming MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) set in the same world. Shortly after the crowd at Comic Con saw the trailer they launched Reckoningthegame.com with the same teaser trailer and a few screen shots. From what I've seen, it looks pretty good visually, but it remains to be seen if they can deliver on the game play and you'll have to wait another year before you find out.
In any event, I wish them luck. Follow the link to check out their site.
