Zach Galifianakis seems to be in pretty much every new comedy coming out these days, but he's really funny as far as I'm concerned.

In any event, this comedy co-starring Robert Downey Jr. as a father to be trying desperately to get to the hospital his wife is giving birth in and is forced to hitch a ride with Galifianakis, who is as you would expect, somewhat crazy.  The film was directed by Todd Phillips of The Hangover fame.
