Written and directed by legendary horror flick guru Wes Craven, My Soul To Take is about a small town where the youth seem to take an exceptional interest in a dead local serial killer in part because seven kids were born on the same day as the killer died.

From the trailer it looks like the serial killer isn't terribly bothered by being dead, but I guess we'll have to find out when the film is released.
