Milla Jovovich stars in what I'm going to guess is the 4th Resident Evil film based on the video game franchise of the same name. 

The evil Umbrella Corporation is back to its old tricks infecting people and animals with a horrible virus that turns everything it infects into zombie like monsters and it's up to one woman to defeat them once again, apparently.
